The first video comes from Florianópolis. The city is considered one of the best places to live in Brazil. It's an island with high quality of life.

The Project:

To aggregate short documentaries from all over the world with the same main theme: the conditions and the thoughts of the homeless. Each film, up to ten minutes, has to apply the Nobody's Questionnaire, wich is inspired by the famous Proust Questionnaire. The documentaries will be posted here tagged by the name of the country and the city. See the movie trailer.

The Mission:

To be the first WikiMovie in history, the longest documentary ever made, the best portrait of the the time we live in.

The Vision:

The speech of the Nobody's may touch everybody's heart.

The Rules:

- The best answers of the Nobody's Questionnaire must be on the film (at least 10 questions must be answered).

- At least 3 different persons must be on the film.

- There must be english subtitles, even in the english spoken films.

- The maximum runtime must be 10 minutes.

- There must be just one film by city in the project. Its name has to be in the open credits.

- There must be a shot of the city in the movie.

- There are no rules for the other stages of production, they can be done anyway the creativity of the author wants (film editing, sounds, music, colors, effects, camera, etc).

- Post the movie on internet and write the link in the comments box, so it can be posted.

- Send the production details (also links to other personal projects if wanted), so they can be published and divulged.

- There must be also a little text in english - up to 3000 characters including spaces - describing interesting facts about the interview, the production, the city, or anything else wanted.

- All the links sent have to be free from copyrights, the authors must agreed once they send it that their documentaries are of public domain, can be used by anyone, anyway, anywhere.
